My family and I had a seamless and exemplary experience with THJ. The communication was superb and Jonathon Douthitt and team provided excellent services. My grandmother looks very much like herself and at the end of the day looked as if she was peacefully sleeping. The morning after my mother passed to heaven, one of my co-workers told me about Jonathan Douthitt. Shortly after that, John contacted me. Later that day i met him at the Forest Park location. This man was very professional, and genuinely wanted to help my dad and i through this overwhelming time. For the next two days of talking with him and meeting with him, he got to know us. He suprised me with a awesome poem, afterglow and Jamaican flag in the obituary. We didnt even tell him too. He knew that we would appreciate that. At the funeral i could tell that John Douthitt really cared about how he put this together for my family. I highly recommend this man and Thompson Hall Jordan for any future service.

Thompson, Hall & Jordan did an amazing job with my grandmother. I have had several funerals in the last few years and this is the first she looked most like herself. The staff gave us a huge photo of my grandmother with her package at no charge. When we came in they made the worse day of my mom’s life feel better, reassuring her that her mother’s wishes would be fulfilled. Finally, their pre-fund plan locked costs in place. We had to pay no additional expenses as they abided by her agreement from over 10 years ago. Well done. Job Well Done.
